OUR MISSION

Dubseed is a networking/distribution resource that allows you to discover and explore music at its core.

The Music Producers Club is a community of musicians inspiring and educating one another. It was founded In 2011 by a group of friends in Seattle who frequently got together to share their tunes, exchanged samples, and discuss both our creative and technical process of making music. As the club continued to grow, we began hosting well known guest artists and music industry professionals, providing them with a more personable and engaging experience with their fans.

Fast forward to 2017 and the MPC is still a free event that is gaining momentum, as we work to set up meetings around the world. Most recently we have been calling New York City our home, with monthly meetings for musicians to network, get feedback on their tracks, share production tips and tricks, and even sit in on a masterclass from a music industry professional.

Join our community, as we work to unite and educate producers in a city near you!

SAMMY BANANAS

Brooklyn producer and party maestro Sammy Bananas lives up to his name. This Fool’s Gold OG has proven himself as a master of the club jam, writing tunes that pay respect to dance music’s past while simultaneously charting it’s quirky, funky future. “21” is his latest hybrid single, a chunky, pulsating house track with a sassy diva talking smack about youngns in the club. He crafts official remixes for big names like Chromeo, Tinashe and even Maroon 5 while his acclaimed and tasteful bootlegs of tracks by Miguel, JT and Anderson .Paak are DJ staples which transcend narrow subgenres. Sammy Bananas has rocked dance floors in over 100 cities across the globe, sharing stages with the likes of A -Trak, Kenny Dope and Holy Ghost! Whether it’s an all-wax set in LA at the Do-Over, cutting edge house at Durrr in London and Rhonda in LA, traveling further afield on a recent Asia tour, or his appearance at MOOG fest, he always delivers with his uniquely funky yet focused style.

ABOUT

DUBSEED

Dubseed is a marketplace devoted to the new Native Instruments Stem format. On the surface, a Stem file looks and plays like a regular MP4 audio file. However, embedded within this file are four extra ‘Stem’ elements; for example Vocals, FX, Bass, Leads, etc, that when played simultaneously recreate the original audio recording. This provides DJs with more control over their mix, as they are able to isolate, effect, and combine the Stems of multiple different tracks, opening up incredible potential to a more interactive form of mixing. Gone are the days of simply mixing one full track with another. Stems are the future of live electronic performance.

ABOUT

feature.fm

Feature.fm is the first ad platform built exclusively for music, making it easy for artists to promote inside streaming services and on music websites. Feature.fm invented sponsored songs, allowing you to boost your streams directly inside streaming services.

ABOUT

When ReFab first sought funding in 1990, people laughed in founder Rae Birkan’s face. Who on earth was going to buy clothing made from — gasp! — used, old clothing? Why waste money on a company built on waste?
